Designed by Keeler Krus Design Partnership, this 4,400 square foot brokerage is a huge success for Cloke-Kirby. Located near the heart of the financial district off of Younge Street the suite enjoys unique views both north on Younge Street and also south to the waterfront. The traders area takes advantage of the 21 foot high ceilings and clerestory windows, giving it an optimum lighting level for the work at hand. All the doors, door frames and castings are a custom cherry wood veneer matched to the clients existing corporate standard. Data/voice and Bloomberg connections were a priority and placed appropriately nearby the traders for easy access. The tenant fit-out schedule of 6 weeks was met and the project was brought in on budget. The space was completed and handed over on March 2nd 2007 to a very appreciative client.
