Brand new 45000 sf prestige commercial / industrial building. Extra high 28’ clear steel construction and precast panel envelope inlcluding 2500 sf mezzanine. New 1600 A electrical service and complete mechanical and HVAC package. Extensive block walls and epoxy flooring for tenant. Envelope constructed prior to slab in order to accommodate tenants floor drains. Tenant is a manufacturer of food products and required sloped floors and major drain work including explosion proof area with underground disaster recovery tank. Interior constructed to ‘clean room’ standards.
CKCL acted as general contractor and completed all exterior and site servicing works as well.
